What does DermaClear treat?

DermaClear may help cleanse blocked pores and blackheads and care for oily, combination, dry or dehydrated skin. The solutions and intensity are selected according to the skin’s needs.

The treatment aims for a smoother surface and a fresher appearance in skin with uneven texture or dullness. It can be used to cleanse impurities accumulated from makeup and pollution. For skin with mild acne, suitability is assessed before the procedure.

Main benefits of DermaClear – Alma Laser

DermaClear combines exfoliation, pore cleansing and hydration. This may help remove impurities, excess oil and dead surface cells for smoother, fresher-looking skin.

Deep pore cleansing

Controlled suction helps cleanse pores, blackheads and excess oil. The intensity is adjusted to the skin’s tolerance; temporary sensitivity or redness may occur.

Controlled exfoliation

The treatment head and exfoliating solutions remove dead cells from the skin surface. The aim is a smoother texture without exfoliating more intensely than the skin can tolerate.

Intensive hydration and nourishment

Hydrating solutions are chosen according to the skin’s condition and may help improve softness and freshness. Ingredients and tolerance are checked before application.

Treatment tailored to your skin

The protocol can be adapted for oily, dry, sensitive or acne-prone skin. Skin phototypes and skin that reacts to more intensive treatments also require individual assessment; redness and irritation remain possible.

Appearance after treatment

Some people notice softer, more hydrated skin after the session. Temporary redness or sensitivity may occur; results and recovery vary.

How does DermaClear work?

DermaClear uses three stages. First, controlled exfoliation removes dead cells from the surface and prepares the skin for pore cleansing.

Next, controlled suction helps remove sebum, blackheads and impurities from the pores.

In the final stage, hydrating solutions selected for your skin are used. The products and ingredients are explained before the procedure.

The aim is cleaner, smoother, more hydrated skin, with results depending on the initial condition and individual response.

Who is DermaClear recommended for?

DermaClear may be considered when you want pore cleansing, oil management and a more hydrated, fresher appearance. It may also form part of skin preparation for other procedures when recommended. It is not a “detoxification” treatment and does not replace a medical acne treatment plan.

Suitability is assessed according to age, skin condition and individual sensitivity.

How often is treatment recommended?

The interval is chosen according to oiliness, pore condition and skin tolerance. Maintenance every 4–6 weeks may be discussed as a guide; more frequent treatments are performed only when recommended after assessment.

Why choose DermaClear by Alma Laser?

DermaClear combines exfoliation, cleansing and hydration in one session. Some people notice softer, fresher skin after treatment, but responses and recovery vary. Combining it with NIR, laser, peels or radiofrequency, and the interval between procedures, is determined at the consultation.
